Model MSCT-250 Mechanical Multi Stage Cementing Tool

  • The mechanical stage tool is opened with a free fall opening cone
  • Placing of this tool is recommended to be run in a vertical well bore
  • Locking and anti-rotational devices enhance drill out
  • Single inner operating sleeve eliminates pressure traps and increases reliability

Model HSCT -350-BS Hydraulic Multi Stage Cementing tool

  • This hydraulic stage tool was developed for monobore applications for the open hole mutli-frac systems
  • The stage tool design incorporates a double ball metal to metal seal to isolate the closing sleeve from the cementing ports. This provides a high pressure, high temperature seal
  • The ball seal stage tool has been tested to 103.4 MPa (15,000 psi) at 200 °C (392 °F) with 22 pressure cycles
  • This model is also opened hydraulically with internal casing pressure eliminating the need for a free fall opening cone
  • Locking and anti-rotational devices enhance drill out
  • Single inner operating sleeve eliminates pressure traps and increases reliability
